How to create a custom send to shortcut in Windows

As we all know that when we put a USB drive or any external drive we get that location in our send to list.
But you know that even we can add our harddisk drives for faster access of file transfer. I mean if you want to move a file from c drive to e drive u an directly select send to from on the folder and click on sendto E drive for a faster access of file transfer.See the below picture clearly.

As you can Observe that you can see the hard disk drives also in the send to list where as we have only Desktop, Mail Recipients, My documents, DVD-Rom and some times USB when connected in the list for default. I have a trick for you all to add a shortcut to the send to list what ever you like.

First go to folder options and enable view hidden folders and then go to  C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\SendTo (USERNAME is the name of the account you created to your windows xp.) and add a new shortcut there which you want to put. For example if you want to create a C drive or a D drive shortcut just right click on the C drive and create a shortcut to desktop. copy the shortcut to the sendto folder and paste it.

If you cannot see the shortcut in sendto list logoff and logon the system. or follow the above step carefully once again.

  1. When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Is there any way you may eliminate me from that service? Thanks!
